Ingredients:
Step 1:
• Boneless chicken strips 250 grams
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
• Water 3 cups
Step 2:
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Onion chopped 1 small
• All purpose flour 2 tbsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
• Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
• Chicken cube 1
• Red crushed chili flakes 1/4 tsp
• Soy sauce 1 tsp
• Milk 1 cup
• Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Step 3:
• Puff pastry as required
• Egg 1
Step 4:
• Preheat oven at 350 °F or 180 °C
Directions:
In a pot,add boneless chicken strips,salt,ginger&garlic paste,water and boil for 25 minutes on medium flame. Let it cool down at room temperature, shred and keep aside. In a pan, add butter, onion and cook till gets soft on high flame. Add all purpose flour, mix well and cook for 1 minute on high flame. Add salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder,mustard powder, chicken cube, red crushed chili flakes,soy sauce and mix well. Now add, milk half cup, cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Add fresh coriander and mix well. Add boiled & shredded chicken, milk half cup, mix well,cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame until milk is dried. Set aside and let it cool. Dust the working surface with flour, place the puff pastry and cut it with a cutter. Place the piece of puff pastry, add a tsp of chicken mixture, then place the second piece of the puff pastry. Brush with egg, put another piece on top. Press it down slightly to seal the sides. Now egg wash again. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 °F or 180 °C for 25 to 30 minutes. Chicken patties are ready. Serve hot.
