Ingredients:

Step 1: Prepare Dough

• All-purpose flour 2 cups

• Salt 1/2 tsp

• Oil 1 tbsp

• Water as needed

• Oil 1 tsp

Step 2: Stuffing

• Cooked chicken & veg leftover

• Oil for frying

Step 3: Chutney

• Yogurt 1/2 cup

• Green chutney 1 tbsp

Directions:

In bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, oil and mix it well until crumbled. Add water as required, mix and knead well to form dough. Grease the dough with oil, cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. Take a small dough, make a ball, coat in dry flour, roll out with rolling pin. Roll out another dough with the help of rolling pin. Add chicken and veg filling, place another rolled dough, press and seal. Grease frying pan with oil, place prepared chicken and veg paratha, prick with skewer, add oil and fry from both sides until golden brown. (keep flame on medium). In small bowl, add yogurt, green chutney and mix.

Paratha With Leftover Chicken and Veg are ready. Serve with green chutney.
