Quick Mayo Salad Recipe II Masala Cuisine II

Ingredients:

• Romaine salad: 2 cups

• Mayonnaise: 4 tbsp

• Extra virgin olive oil: 1 tsp

• Sriracha hot chili sauce: 1 tsp

• Chaat masala: 2 tsp

• Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder): 1/2 tsp

• Lemon juice: 2 tsp

• Sugar (Cheeni): 1 tsp

• Garlic powder (Lehsan powder): 1/4 tsp

• Salt (Namak): 1/2 tsp

• Walnuts chopped (Akhrot): 2 tbsp

• Pine nuts (Chilgoza): 1 tbsp

• Mixed dried & sweet blueberries & cranberries: 1 tbsp

• Black olives (Zaytoon): 4 tbsp

• Tomatoes chopped (Tamatar): 4 tbsp

• Cucumber chopped (Kheera): 4 tbsp

• Whole kernel corn (Makai): 4 tbsp

• Red crushed chili (Lal mirch): 1/4 tsp

Directions:

In a bowl, add romaine salad, mayonnaise, extra virgin olive oil, sriracha hot chili sauce, chaat masala, black pepper powder, lemon juice, sugar, garlic powder, salt, walnuts, pine nuts, mixed dried & sweet blueberries & cranberries, black olives, tomatoes, cucumber, whole kernel corn, red crushed chili, mix until all ingredients are well combined, cover, refrigerate for half an hour and Serve.
