Ingredients:
• Avocados mashed 2 large
• Fresh coriander/Cilantro (Hara dhania) chopped 3 tbsp
• Milk (Doodh) 1/2 cup
• Garlic cloves (Lehsan) 5
• Red crushed chili (Lal mirch) 1/4 tsp
• Salt (Namak) 1/2 tsp
• Crushed cumin seeds (Zeera) 1 tsp
• Green chili (Hari mirch) 1
• Lime juice 1 tbsp • Olive oil 1 tsp
• Sour cream 2 tbsp
Directions:
In blender jar, add fresh coriander/cilantro, milk, garlic cloves, red crushed chili, salt, crushed cumin seeds, green chili, lime juice, olive oil, sour cream and blend well until its smooth and creamy. Now add the mixture into mashed avocados and mix it well. Creamy Avocado Sauce is ready. Serve with tacos, nachos, enchilada, chimichanga.
