Chickpea Salad Recipe II Masala Cuisine II

Ingredients:

• Boiled chickpeas (Kabuli chana): 439 grams

• Roasted cumin powder (Zeera powder): 1/2 tsp

• Salt (Namak): 1/4 tsp

• Crushed red chili (Lal mirch): 1/2 tsp

• Chaat masala: 1 tsp

• Raisins (Kishmish): 2 tbsp

• Cucumber chopped (Kheera): 4 tbsp

• Fresh mint leaves chopped (Pudina): 2 tbsp

• Fresh coriander/Cilantro chopped (Hara dhania): 2 tbsp

• Onion chopped (Pyaz): 1 medium

• Tomatoes chopped (Tamatar): 2 medium

• Yogurt (Dahi): 2 tbsp

• Lemon juice: 2 tsp

• Extra virgin olive oil: 1 tsp

• Sweet tangy sauce: 1 tbsp

• Red chili sauce 1 tsp

Directions:

In a bowl, add boiled chickpeas, roasted cumin powder, salt, crushed red chili, chaat masala, raisins, cucumber, fresh mint leaves, fresh coriander/cilantro, onion, tomatoes, yogurt, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, sweet tangy sauce, red chili sauce, mix until all ingredients are well combined, cover, refrigerate for half an hour and Serve.
