Ingredients:
Step 1:
• Butter (Makhan) 1 tbsp
• Boneless chicken (Boiled & shredded) 2 cups – add ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• Tikka masala 1/2 tsp
• Ginger powder (Adrak powder) 1/4 tsp
• Garlic powder (Lehsan powder) 1/4 tsp
• Crushed red chili flakes (Lal mirch) 1/4 tsp
• Cumin powder (Zeera powder) 1/4 tsp
• Coriander powder (Dhania powder) 1/4 tsp
• Salt (Namak) 1/4 tsp
• Kashmiri chili powder 1 tsp
• Chicken powder 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 1 tsp
• Oil 1 tsp
Step 2:
• Potatoes (Aloo) (Boiled and mashed) 3 medium
• Crushed red chili flakes (Lal mirch) 1/4 tsp
• Coriander powder (Dhania powder) 1/4 tsp
• Cumin powder (Zeera powder) 1/2 tsp
• Chat masala 2 tsp
• Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder (Haldi powder) 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder) 1/4 tsp
• Tikka masala 2 tsp
• Salt (Namak) 1/4 tsp
• Green chili chopped (Hari mirch) 1
• Fresh coriander/cilantro (Hara dhania) 2-3 tbsp • Fresh mint leaves (Pudina) 2-3 tbsp
• Onion chopped (Pyaz) 1 medium
• Lemon juice 1 tsp
• Cooked shredded chicken
Step 3:
• Oil for frying
• Eggs (Ande) 2
Directions:
Step 1
In pan, heat butter. Add boiled & shredded chicken, tikka masala, ginger powder, garlic powder, crushed red chili flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, kashmiri chili powder, chicken powder, lemon juice, mix and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. Add oil and cook for 1 minute on high flame. Step 2 In bowl, add boiled & mashed potatoes. Add crushed red chili flakes, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, tikka masala, salt, green chili, fresh coriander, fresh mint leaves, onion, lemon juice and mix it well. Now add, cooked shredded chicken and mix until well combined. Make tikka kabab. Step 3 In frying pan, heat oil. Dip kabab into beaten eggs. Fry kabab on medium flame from both sides until golden brown. Serve hot.
