Ingredients:
Step 1:
Fry eggs
• Eggs (Ande) 3
• Salt (Namak) 1/4 tsp
• Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder) 1/4 tsp
• Cooking oil 1 tbsp Step 2: Stir fry vegetables
• Cooking oil 4 tbsp
• Garlic chopped (Lehsan) 4 cloves
• Carrots (Gajar) julienne cut 1/2 cup
• Boiled baby corns 1/2 cup
• Broccoli 1/2 cup
• Spring onions 1 tbsp
• Mushrooms 1/2 cup
• Boiled peas (Matar) 3 tbsp
• Chili garlic sauce 1 tsp
• Boiled rice 5 cups
• Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder) 1 tsp
• Salt (Namak) 1 tsp
• Chicken powder 1 tbsp
• White pepper powder (Safaid mirch powder) 1 tsp
• Soy sauce 3 tbsp
• Hot chili oil 1 tsp
• Fried eggs
Directions:
Step 1
In a small bowl, break 3 eggs. Add salt, black pepper powder and whisk well. In frying pan, add cooking oil and fry eggs. Set aside.
Step 2
In wok, add cooking oil, chopped garlic and saute for 30 seconds on high flame. Add carrots, boiled baby corns and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli, spring onions and cook for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms, boiled peas, mix and cook for 30 seconds. Add chili garlic sauce, mix and cook for another 30 seconds. Now add, boiled rice, black pepper powder, salt, chicken powder, white pepper powder, soy sauce, hot chili oil and give it a good mix. Add fried eggs and mix well. Garnish with green onion leaves and serve.
